Volunteer with the Foothill Family Shelter
The Foothill Family Shelter is ready and eager to meet new volunteers! They house unhoused families with children for up to 4 months, with the possibility for extension and 1 year transitional housing depending on the case. They always need help though, and volunteers can help with: sorting donations, stocking shelves in the food pantry, serving walk-in clients and providing resources to walk-in clients. Volunteers are also community advocates. Check out their Facebook & Instagram and help share their needs, successes, and opportunities. To apply, fill out their volunteer application and email it to [email protected]. You can also reach out to Raquel for any questions.
